- Preferably one year of experience (or at least 30 closed loans) as a loan officer (with a strong book of business)
- Extremely reliable & trustworthy

- Willingness to consistently go the extra mile to exceed expectations
- Highly organized & detail-oriented
- Self-confident
- Committed to success & financial independence
- Required to obtain California Real Estate Salesperson's License
